Bookkeeping - Categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, setting up budgets, producing reports, all that jazz.

Payroll Setup - We are not a payroll company, but we can certainly get you moving in the right direction! We have a great partnership for affordable payroll with a company that works specifically with churches (for our church clients).

Catchup Work - You have months and months that need to be caught up? No worries, we’ve got you. As we say in Texas, this ain’t our first rodeo. (We’re not actually from Texas, so that phrase is strange to us too)

Consulting - All of our clients receive input on healthy systems and structures, and best processes for your finances.

WHAT YOU DO

So very little. Seriously.

Simply take a picture of receipts, send it our way, and we’ll contact you when we’re in need of clarity or have concerns, and serve you with custom reports at the beginning of every month and provide any other information you need.

WHAT WE DON’T DO

In order to maintain affordability for the people we serve and efficiency for us, here are a few things we don’t typically do:

Record Donor Contributions - We are able to stay very competitively priced by allowing our clients to take care of this on their end - but for an additional cost, we would be happy to do this!

Running payroll, bill pay, reimbursements - We are happy to assist and make recommendations, but we don’t typically offer these services.
